Programming Help

We have 3 sites A,B and C all connected via DPNSS

Site A - Alcatel (can dial extension NOs via DPNSS Site to B)
Site B - Meridian Opt 11 (can dial extension NOs via DPNSS Site to A, needs programing to dial site C)
Site C - Meridian Opt 11 (needs programming for both sites A&B)

Sites A & B can dial each others extension numbers and it will dial it via the DPNSS circuit... Site B was programmed by BT. Site C has no programming at all.

Now i want to be able to program sites B & C to dial each others extension numbers via the DPNSS circuit....

I'm not an expert in programming but will give it ago... like i said Site B is half programmed to dial the Alcatels extensions so i can get info from it, I just need it to dial site C's range.... Site C needs programming for site A & B...

Can anyone guide me with what i can do?

BT want to charge me £55 call out, and £85 per hour minimum of 2hrs...
and i need 2 sites programmed!!! Not to mention another company being called out to the Alcatel switch to add site C's extension ranges.

Thanks for taking the time to read, hope it makes sense.

Cheers
