| Interesting! That is what I figured it to be, but the majority of the ACD Routes built have steps to 4-digit extension numbers, and not legitimate PSTN numbers. A couple do, but for the most part the entries are extension numbers. What would be the difference between "Off" and "Ext" entries in the ACD Route steps...? And, what's the effect of having "Off" programmed in the steps when it's clearly an extension number that it's pointing too...? Thanks again... |
