Hmmmm, I mentioned cowboys!!! Nothing personal but I've heard stories about their technical support and from what I hear, they don't know what they're talking about.

I worked for a competitor distributor, who had the best reputation for support. I'm still adament there's something blocking ports which is why you're getting one way speech (among other problems). I'll chat to the guys at the distributor where I used to work and see that they think but I'm sure they'll say the same.

What VPN routers are you using? Vigors?
Do you have anyone else setup on VPN like you? Are they having any problems?

What version is the IP Office? If 3.0(xx), then get it off asap. Preferably 3.1(xx) as it's much more stable. What VCM card card do you have? What type of system 403,406,412?
