ACD Route Question on ROLM CBX 9751...
Being that there is a lack of documentation on the Web for this product, I'm working the forums. I'm trying to find a simple answer to a simple question. What does the Action "Off" entry (within the ACD_Route) mean...?

The question is specifically addressing a CBX Model 70, 9030A Processor, Rev 4.2. Release 9005.6.84. If this makes any difference at all. (?)
