Good company?
Need to get some feedback as we're checking them out for a replacement to our current VoIP solutiong...
Cheers
My company has used this company one time... We probably wont use them again. Their tech support is not the greatest. We were installing two tenor FXO/FXS boxes at remote sites for a Nortel application. It just seemed we were getting the run around all the time on the configuration. Our company paid extra for Quintum to do the configurations on the boxes and then it didnt work. They kept saying it was our Signaling Server config. This went on for about 2 months when finally they owned up to the issues at hand. We have them installed now and they are working with no problems. The hardware is good, but I dont know if I would like to have to deal with their people again.
If you are looking for a good FXO/FXS applications I would suggest AudioCodes. They OEM to a lot of PBX manufacturers...

Hope this helps.
