| On my system:
The user's mailbox is set to RN Schedules YES. The RN Schedule is 00:01 to 23:59, ENABLED, NOT REQUIRED, the target DN is entered just like if I were to dial that pager number from my phone, NUMERIC, CALLBACK & CALLERNUM, PAGER CALLBACK: up to 8 characters.
Under TOOLS:
OTHER
RN ADMIN
Select the option for Numeric Pager

the rest of the settings are timers that are self defining (ex. silence detection would be 20 seconds, delay for callback prefix 2 seconds, etc.)
We use arch paging and this set up works for us. If you continue to have issues you may want to contact arch. They have been known to have their own special problems.
