format the back up disks, monkey with a few files on the hard drives and reload it - boom done - next site.
of course one would need access to certain passwords and a few other things; smart admins have changed those passwords from the default and keep changing them on a regular basis so as to keep management confused about which ones are current. (only because management keeps sharing those passwords with people who don't need them) this admin might also be the only one in his group who knows who to change those key passwords so should he leave under less than favorable terms it would be at least a week of sleepless nights for management wondering what might happen while they try to figure out the passwords or the procedure to reset them.
