| I believe the Asterisk system will do all that you want. It has ACD functionality built in. You would need to have a static IP on the server, and your agents could log their SIP phones on from anywhere through their ISP, and receive the calls. In essence you would be your own Vonage server. You would want to connect it to the PSTN for the inbound calling via POTS, or T1 line. Now as far as securing the system, I think that will take an expert. You might look into a "hosted" IP service for this also. |
