Thanks for all information.
The customer decieded NOT to use the IP-trunk to the Avaya in Czech.
Now i route the calls over the PSTN to Czech with a DMI thats put the country and area code in fornt of the DN.
Ofcourse no names are available in this situation.
The cost for the customer will go up.
The telcoprovider also my employer wil be happy
