Post Virtual office between sites & NRS

Hello,
We have virtual office working well within our CS1000M for all IP sets locally based. They register on our signaling server here and all is well. We have another office connected via VPN and tried registering phones here to the 2nd signaling server there. The phone registers ok but seems to lose connectivity and resets several times an hour. So, it was suggested we use Virtual Office to just login the remote employees phones. As I understand it, the two signaling servers will essentially transfer the phone's profile between each other and it will work locally.

We have NOTHING configured in NRS yet. I am told we need to setup a portion within it for NCS, but don't want to hose anything up. We don't want to do any SIP yet or H323 unless needed to get this virtual office working between the two signaling servers. I was hoping to do the minimal setup to make this feature work for the Nortel proprietary IP sets.

Any suggestions would be great!
