| Who are your customers? What features do they generally look for?
Personally I would look into Asterisk and SIPX installations. Opensource systems are very comparable to other systems. They are less expensive and work great when set up properly.
Also what experience do you have in data networking. You may have a great product but if your customer doesn't have a good network, the product will seem like it doesn't work well. |
