| Help with Elite Mail FMS/VMS
I bought a used Electra Elite 48/192 with FMS/VMS and had a phone tech install it. We cannot figure out how to get into the main company greeting to change it. The previous company had it set up so that all lines went directly into one voicemail box. That would be ok, if we could record our company name. I have the Job Specs Manuals and Voicemail User Guide, but no CD.
Can anyone give me information on how to access this? |
