Positions require experience in assisting and leading the implementation of new Call Center Solutions. Responsibilities Include Project Management, scheduling, coordinating, assisting, leading.
Additonal tasks include vendor management, circuit installing, network solutions.
Skills:
IVR, Genesys, ACD call distribution.
Excel and MS Project.
PMP Certification and BA Degree are a plus. |
