Both systems are good in terms of performance. Siemens pabx offers help features such as typing the "?" would let you know what parameters that could be entered in the system. While MD110 gives you a wide range of communication standards that could interconnect your offices or branches. But as bygcland would said, MD110 will be replaced by a better system.
