| There could be a Bellsouth issue but if it all landline and no cell phone I would think that other customers would be having the problem and should be cleared up soon. you could trac a call to a cell and then track a call to a landline go to LD 80 and to track by DN you would put in trac 0 xxxx 0 = customer number xxxx = dn your using hit enter after call is established and it will tell you the route info among other things, if they use the same route then you are looking at a telco issue good luck |
