Installing a RLSE 2 MICB
I believe it is 2.32.26G (I'm at home right now, but they were installed brand new in the last three weeks and it is the latest SW version from the Nortel site).

Provider's TAC center tech installed some patches on both switches today. He thought the problem is in the conference portion of the switch crossconnecting the calls, rather than an ITG problem. This does make sense since we more than likely would have heard other reports of problems, it was occuring during a 4-party conference call, and according to him (which makes sense) the switchhook transfer that our IVR does would use the conference loop.
