| One way to do this is to setup a new CLID table entry with the new number you wish to push out for sales. You can print your existing CLID table in LD 21. Req: PRT Type: CLID Cust: 0 This will print the various differnt CLID entries you have in your switch..by the sounds of it you only have one at the moment so the only entry should be... ENTRY 0 HNTN 555 (example area code) ESA_HLCL 5551212 (example number) ESA_INHN NO ESA_APDN YES HLCL 5551212 (example) DIDN NO HLOC LSC CLASS_FMT DN Basically what you will want to do is create a second entry by gonig to LD 15... Req: CHG TYPE: Net Cust: 0 enter until you get to CLID CLID: yes enter until you get to ENTRY Entry (If your last entry in the CLID table was 0 then you would enter 1 here) ENTRY 1 HNTN 555 (example area code) ESA_HLCL 5551212 (example number) ESA_INHN NO ESA_APDN YES HLCL 5551212 (example) DIDN NO HLOC LSC CLASS_FMT DN enter through until you get back to the REQ. Go back to LD 21 and prt the CLID table...you should now see your new entry. Now that your new entry is programmed you need to associate this entry with your sales phone. What you will need to do is reprogram the phones in sales as followed. For example if you have the following extension you will need to re-enter the SCR and after 6103 you will enter a (space) 1 instead of the 0 you see below..the number after the SCR specifies what CLID entry to use on outbound calls. 01 SCR 6103 0 MARP CPND NAME Dominique Telecom XPLN 27 DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST Good Luck. |
