| ok. a couple of things that i would try then. 1st of all ned to check the cable. If my memory serves me well it should be a standard NEC MAT cable. If so try it in the MP and connect using matworx this will prove the cable is ok. Next need to check the staus of the card itself Ie there is a switch that toggles the Comm port for local ad remote connection. I have a couple of manuals to assist you with this.
