You most likely have a one of a kind there, North America and Japan use mu-Law, while Europe uses A-Law companding in there TDM. The 9751 version 9004.4.38 was a IBM product, and I would guess that that card was destined for Europe at one time. The correct part number for the Codec is 90546 or the IBM part number 90C8101.
