| Calls not going to voice mail boxes. we have 5 consoles here and they are all ok,,, :laugh: :laugh: The switchboard cannot have a call forward key but can have an enhanced facility based on the night key. If AODN (attendant overflow DN) is set up then simply pressing the night key will busy the switchboard and cause calls to re-route to the AODN. If this service is provided, then in order to put the switchboard in night service the operator will need to press shift and then the night key. :laugh: [Edited on 13/3/2003 by colin] |
