OK, Log into the PBX as ADMIN2.

Go into LD 22

REQ: PRT
TYPE: PWD
PWD2: your level 2 password

it will then display your admin1 and admin2 password as well as whatever limited access passwords you have defined. Find the Limited acces login that this user is logging in with and make a note of the LAPW #

THEN

go into LD 17

REQ: CHG
TYPE: PWD
PWD2: your second level password
LNAME_OPTION: YES
NPW1: <- This is the level one password do not type anything here unless u want to
Change it. Otherwise hit return
LOGIN_NAME <- Admin1 login name. do not change. Press return
NPW2: <-Level 2 password . do not type unless you plan on changing the PW
LOGIN_NAME <- Admin2 login name . press return
LAPW: Enter the number of the LAPW you found in LD 22 and type it in here
PWTP : <return>
LOGIN_NAME: if you want to change the name of the login type it here <return>
LEVL: <return>
OVLA: {to remove access to certain loads type <X and the ld #> to add access to
Certain loads. type in just the load number and hit return
Hit return through the rest of the fields and u are done

NOTE. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY CHANGE THE ADMIN1 OR ADMIN2 PASSWORD AND CANT REMEMBER WHAT IT IS. NORTEL WILL HAVE TO DIAL IN TO RETRIEVE IT FOR YOU.
