Does anyone out there have a fax server connected to their Definity via T1.
I have recently added an out going fax server using a Line Side T1 connection to our PBX. This replaced analog stations being used by the Quadrant server. The analog stations rarely returned errors on the fax server now, however, all I see is "General Brooktrout" erros. Quadrant says its a setting in my PBX.
Can anyone tell me what causes a "General Brooktrout" error. Or may be what the T1 settings should be on the Line Side.
