Yes, make sure your username that you are using has the CDR option checked under user administration..

-BCM
- Management
- User Manager

Select the user, right click then Modify User. Press and hold CONTROL key on your keyboard and then left click on CDRUserGroup, let go of the CONTROL key. Click SAVE.

Try the CDR Pull Client again. It works pretty well.

Also, make sure you have applied the latest CDR Patch.
