| What happens when you try to log in, any error message? Make sure the OTM username is a Local Administrator on the Windows server. If you can't log into certain sites, there maybe a way to bypass username.
If the application does not allow you to log in, you can wipe out the system and reinstall it OTM from scratch. Then Avotus will support you again and you can upgrade with them.
