| Call ID read back
I am looking for a piece of equipment that will read back the station DN I am calling from. I need this for my installers to verify that they have installed the correct DN at an exhibitor's booth. Our operators don't come in until 08:00 and my installers often start at 05:00 and no way to verify except to call the number and see if they get a busy signal. The only problem with that is if there is problem with the install DN being shorted out. This actually happened to a very high profile client and they didn't find out until 2 days after thier event started and they still hadn't received any incoming calls. Don't have Symposium. |
