| Ok so 888 is set as an LDN but you say there is nothing in 5809 which is where you set the destination when you use LDN diversion. You can confirm this by checking 5803 de 1 de. So all this leaves (I think) is digit conversion in cmd 76 so check cmd 3518 and cmd 3512 if 3518 is 1 then we are on the right track. When you check 3512 don't forget that 0=1, 1=2 etc. You can then check 7600 for however many 8s 3512 tells us are used. this will give you a conversion block number. Then Cmd 7602 for that block number should tell you where it goes. If it is a different extension number then check the forwarding of that extension and that should be where you change it's ultimate destination. Mind you if anyone else can think of an alternative...... |
