| OTM lock out
Is there a back door login to OTM. We had our vendor upgrade our OTM and shortly after that you can't log in anymore. The people who make OTM won't support it anymore because our vendor upgraded us without telling them 1st. Sounds like a bunch of crap to me. This happened a handful of months ago and wasn't that big a deal because we have a different billing program, but this needs to be taken care of. |
