Deleting Voice Mail thru the Switch

Yes, I get a dial tone. At first when I picked uo the phone, I heard a recording saying I wasn't authorized to use this phone. All 4 phones in the house said this. After turning the spy off, the phones had dial tones. This is confusing:" Pressing 0 over 2 seconds will activate Auto IP functions and pressing 0 over 2 seconds again will turn off the function. The default setting is Auto IP, and the IP number is 17909. When pre-dialing or dialing back a number beginning with 0 while auto IP function is on, the set IP number in Auto IP will be added automactically added to the front of the telephone number. If press IP key instead of redial key before predial or dial back a number, the set IP number will be added in the front of the telephone number." I quoted it correctly-it's just written that way. I gave $45. for this thing. I would certainly like to find one made in the U.S.A. I think Siemans makes onr here.
