CP not playing voice segment!! What would prevent CP playing a voice segment in a script? I call the CDN and it rings once and were the announcement should be I hear nothing, it just rings to the agents phone. Update: It looks like one Voice Segment is not playing. I can listen to the recording but it will not play when someone calls a couple toll free numbers.
