Hi guys, I am trying to work out where to set the phone number that our system diverts inbound calls to when it is in night mode.
we use an after hours messaging service and we will be changing providers so I need to know where to change the number that we divert to.
I could call the people that support the system but I object to be charged a minimum fee of 1 hr for a 5min job.
I am comfortable with programming the system and have had a hunt around the 30xx commands but just can't work it out
