It is called Station Category Indication.
In LD 15 you can assign ICI keys on the console with CA # (1-7)
In LD 11 you can assign SCI # (1-7) to the executive sets.
When the executive dials 0, the corresponding ICI key will light.
The operator can answer the calls by pressing the ICI key to prioritize the calls ahead of other calls in the queue.
You can make all the executives category 1 or make some executives higher than other executives up to 7 groups. |
