 Electra Elite 192 Ports
Hi, i am not a phone guy, but i have a client with this device. He has about 15 phones and wants to add a few more. the local dealer is saying he has to buy the add on box to increase the ports, but i was under the impression that this first box has 64 ports. Is it possible to use them all up with only 15 phones? I told him to ask them how that works and they said if they increase the ports per card then the users will get busy signals after 4 lines are in use. Does that make sense? Any info would be appreciated. |
