| Depending on what version of CM you are running, you may try configuring the Off-PBX station mapping for her. I have this with My EC500 feature and it works great. You may want to play with this a bit if it is available on your system. Not sure if it will solve your problem, but it does manipulate/replace your ANI when calling into the PBX from the telephone number listed. If you have EC500 licenses, you may want to test this out. |
