Lonely Switvox User - Setup

(seems there are not a lot of us Switchvox users about ? it's a great product)

We have our main Switchvox server at our head office with 6 remote offices/homes connected back to the server via VPN's

each remote office/home has a 512/512 adsl connection

one has a 128K ISDN connection and surpirisingly enough it works great with G729

the main server is connected to 2 ADSL routers 1 512/512 with all incoming VPN's from remote offices/homes and one 512/512 for all outgoing VOIP calls.

Although we use 4-5 incoming DID numbers for incoming customer calls , we still have 6 real PSTN lines connected to the server for:

1) fallover lines if VOIP DID incoming customer numbers fall over they fall back to the PSTN lines
2) All our outgoing calls from all offices are VOIP , BUT if VOIP falls over outgoing calls revert to the PSTN lines.

thats it.. our humble VOIP system

works pretty well and allows us to to some amazing things to join all our offices into 1 single unifed workplace
