Turn lights on and off.
Now this is a good one.

We have a customer that is moving away from their Hicom to a Nortel.

They have just told us (very late on) that they have a feature on the phone so that they dial #61 (I believe) and it turns the office light above their desk on and off.

Please. Does anybody know of such a system and how it functions, interface etc.

This has turned big because cut over is on the 20th May.
