Since its hooked up to the network, is there any way to get it to sync with one of our servers? Worst comes to worse, Im thinking I could write a php script that would login to the phone system every day and update its time, but thats kind of overkill.

Toshiba has always had problems with the time if you are using the schedule for day/night service. Toshiba says they fixed it in the version 4 of the CIX platform but who really knows. Writing the script is probably your best bet if it that big of an issue.
