| Disable all of the DCH's on the MSDL card
Disable the Loops of those DCH's
Disable the MSDL Card itself
Enable the MSDL Card with the FDL Option (ENL MSDL x FDL)
Watch the output of the ENL command carefully and make sure that NO ERRORS are output.
Enable the Loops
Enable the DCH if they don't come up by themselves |
