Desktop and Web Messaging Configuration in Call Pilot 4.0,
I am trying to config Unified Messaging.
When a voicemail comes in I want it to go to a speicific email address.
I went to Mailbox Classes, then to the COS I wanted this in, and enabled the "Message Forwarding Rule:"
But when I go to the mailbox and try to configure it, I get:
Rule Enabled No
Rule Disabled Reason: "System Admin turns off the rule"
Is there somewhere else this needs to be enabled?
