The Inter-Tel Axxess supports ETSI. However, they made two types of card. The latest being the "T1/E1" card, the previous being the "T1C" or "E1C" card.
Check the front of the card and if it says "T1/E1" then it will work. If its a T1C card then it will not.
Otherwise, send me the part code and I will check it out for you.
