Spent most of Friday night going through old Avaya configuration notes and information from some old config sheets that our service provider had. Got the Mitel to send the calling ID information and managed to show Modular Messaging how to accept the information. The config notes for Avaya are out in left field, the SX200 can show internal call ID and external call ID regardless of what their notes say. I would hazard a guess that the SX2000 with an inband integration can also be made to do this. |
