I too would look at a teleco problem, it almost sounds like the CO is not getting a wink from the switch.
I would make sure you are receiving traffic on all the DID trunks, if you only have 3 it shouldn't take long, after that try dialing in when all trunks are busy and see if you get a busy from the CO. |
