Never mind - just realized I had set up a user mailbox with an Administrator Access Class when I first turned the system up, so I was able to log in to CP Manager with that account and reset the password for the Default Admin mailbox.
Still, I wonder what the solution is if someone does lock up the Default Administrator's mailbox and has no other way in to CP Manager ????
Something I noticed during this ordeal was that the Default Admin mailbox is subject to the same security rules as regular voice messaging users (invalid login attempts, etc.) |
