The card vintage was going to be the next question. If the field is not there it is because of the card vintage, the fix for that is to replace it with at least a TN464F.

It might still work with the 120CSU. When you put the TN464 and CSU in does the green light next to the number 3 on front of the DS1 card turn green?

If it does, the circuit may still come up but if you test the board you will probably fail test 138. That test shows two things, loss of signal and having an integrated CSU but not setting it for that on the DS1 page.

I would get a newer card.
