Opt 11 CDP Programming Guidance

My predecessor programmed 6 digit dialing to some of our facilities. For example, if you dial 35+ext, you will connect to an user in our California office and if you dial 89+ext, you can contact an user in out Texas office. I believe these just get translated to the full number (408 935 xxxx). First of all, where can I look to see where this is configured? Our California office recently moved and have new extensions, so I would like to modify the current setup. What are the basic steps to ge this done? Whatever insight you have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
