NEAX 2000 IPS AD-64 Voicemail Issues I have three questions that I have been trying to figure out. Does anyone know why in the administration console the greeting options on the subscriber directory are standard or alternate greetings but in the transaction box the options are day, night, and alternate greetings ? How do you record a night message from the users phone and switch between day and night messages ? Also, I have run into the problem of when someone uses the menu through the phone to switch from the standard greeting to the alternate greeting the system tells the user that the message is switched and plays back the correct message when you listen but, when you call the phone from another number it still plays the standard message. Any help would be greatly apperciated. |
