I'm having similar problems. You might check the port to make sure it has the three "permissive" atributes. I don't have my PBX hat on right now but I believe there are something liie "MTC", "SCH" and something else. You might double check these atttrtibutes

(MTC SCH CTY ) these are not what it can do, but what it receives unless you ask for something its not programed to see.

i.e.: If at TTY is programed for MTC I will see ERROR Codes but I will still be able to do SCH on the TTY and do print outs.
