Unhappy Hunt Group Dilemma

Greetings all,

I have set up a small pilot hunt group consisting of three members. The group will be used for internal tech support. If none of the group members are able to pick up the incoming calls is there a way for calls to 1) go into a voice mail account for the pilot number and 2) can this account be accessible to all members of the hunt group?

Also, if I understand the way hunt groups work correctly, the system will hunt for the next extension if the group if the first extension is busy. Will calls also go to the next group member if the first member does not pick up the call?

As a point of reference, I was "volunteered" to administer our phone system 6 months ago and my training mainly consisted of being handed five huge binders of manuals. I am open to any and all suggestions if there is an easier way to set up something like this.
