| TGAR/External Call Forward Question.
Hi Folks,
I am trying to forward an inbound call to a set back out to a Toll Free numbers using the Call Forward Key. I've done all the prep work on the CLS setting CFXA and changing my routes to NCRD etc but the calls still will not transfer out.
After looking at the routes a little closer I noticed that the TGAR of the inbound route is the same as the TGAR of the outbound route.
My question is, what impact is there if I remove the TGAR on my inbound route; if any? |
