GARDEN GROVE, Calif. -- The legal fight continues over the $315 million lottery jackpot won by Orange County's so-called "Lucky 7".
The "Lucky 7" have already collected their lump sum payments of $21 million each.
At the time of the lottery drawing, all worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Garden Grove and joined together to buy the winning ticket in November 2005.
But three co-workers claim they were usually part of that office pool.
The three co-workers filed lawsuits to get a share of the winnings and want a jury trial.
