CDR record format
We have a CS-1000M & OTM capturing CDR records with Caller ID detail. Working fine, passing all info to OTM for TBS reports.

Is it possible to add the Calling Name information that is passed thru with the Caller ID and displayed on the IP Phones (ip2004) to the CDR record ?

For that matter is it possible to add any custom fields to the CDR record ?

Any help would be appreciated...
